HAHAHAHAA My cousin told me that they tried to de-construct that ugly concrete box building but then they realised that because there are high-tension cables in the walls, taking one level apart would cut the cables and fling the whole level to Parramatta. So they spent millions finishing taking one level off the top and then stopped.
