“Speak slowly, I can’t hear you. My mind keeps spinning closer and closer to the rain on the roof and the rain in my head and the things that you said.”

I’ve come to the conclusion that when there are only 2 people in a band, the love is a lot more intense than if it were a four-piece or whatever. Seriously, Keith and Chris (poor Michael… never did get enough love even though I’m sure they do love him) and Erlend and Eirik from Kings of Convenience are like two of the cutest two boy BFFL’s ever.

Cilic has become one of my favourite tennis players now. He works so hard for it and his winners are excellent. It’s funny that all my favourite players are from that small part of Europe… Switzerland… Sweden… Croatia…

“Guys, we got the comment that a band always wants when they’re playing a brand new song and that’s a guy with sorta a mid-volume thing: “I enjoyed that.” FUCKING NAILED IT!”

I went to watch Federer play Romanian Hanescu yesterday night. I was so excited that I was literally jumping up and down the whole day in anticipation. Seriously, this is FEDERER we’re talking about: the world no. 1. My freaking hero.
Sadly though, it was a straight set win, meaning that I had so little time to watch him play. According to the newspapers this morning it was only 99 minutes of Federer play that I had to enjoy…
But his post-match interview was pretty sweet and hilarious. He was asked how his wedding was and he said that he got emotional and that “he couldn’t believe he did that.” SO CUTE. Courier asked him what the diaper issue was with his new twins (who he brought to him with Australia!!) and he was like, “It’s like 24 a day. It’s very very intense.” And then asked to greet Prince William who came in half way during the match (which was very unexpected and funny because of everyone’s giddyness), he said, “Uhh… Your royal highness? Welcome to the tennis world, thanks for coming.” He’s so warm and fuzzy it makes me happy to watch him.
